The Wort Chiller can be built at home for a fraction of the cost of buying one pre-made. Why not do it yourself? We are brewing our own beer aren’t we? We might as well make our own equipment too.

Here we brew a Brewer’s Best Holiday Ale. This kit came with tuns of malt extract and grains. Looks like it’s going to be a pretty big beer. I tasted a sample a week into the fermentation and it was very interesting, but not done yet. I will post the tasting video as a response [...]
