I’m getting quite into brewing beer and I was gonna get my own set up and I don’t know whether you have to be 18 to buy brewing kits as you are not buying age resricted substances?

There seems to be a market fallout here. Perhaps it has something to do with VAT being added! How can anyone believe that homebrew beer is a luxury item requiring VAT added!
